Shipping Policy

“Business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. All shipping and processing times below refer to business days unless otherwise noted, and are in addition to any processing time listed under Order Processing.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is verified.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

Please note that engraved and personalized items require up to 5 additional business days before shipping. Personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated above, we will notify you by email and offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping Methods and Rates

United States — USPS (Default Carrier)

USPS is our default carrier for all standard domestic orders. The rates below are fixed prices charged at checkout.

The $75 free-shipping threshold applies only to USPS Ground Advantage (Standard Shipping) and is based on your order subtotal before taxes and shipping, after any discount codes have been applied.

Overnight delivery is available Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery may incur an additional fee depending on the carrier.

United States — UPS and FedEx (Alternative Carriers)

For customers who prefer UPS or FedEx, the following options are available at checkout. These rates are flat prices set for a standard jewelry parcel (under 1 lb) and are not calculated live by weight or distance. If your order requires special packaging or exceeds standard parcel weight, we will contact you before shipping if a rate adjustment is needed.

UPS and FedEx rates do not qualify for the $75 free-shipping threshold.

International Shipping (Not Yet Available)

At this time, La Vie en Rose ships exclusively within the United States. We plan to begin shipping internationally, including to Mexico, in the future. When international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery times will be published on this page. Please note in advance:

Free-shipping promotions available on U.S. orders will not apply to international shipments.
Orders shipped internationally will be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
La Vie en Rose is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes may qualify for a merchandise refund only after the package is returned to and inspected by La Vie en Rose. Original shipping, return shipping, customs duties, brokerage fees, and any carrier charges will not be refunded and may be deducted from the merchandise refund.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order has shipped.

Holiday Schedule

Shipping times may be delayed on the following U.S. federal holidays:

APO, FPO, and DPO Military Addresses

Shipments to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select.

Due to military handling times, delivery can take up to 45 days.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We can only ship to one address per order.

To ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, La Vie en Rose is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or reported missing after that point. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:

Check all entrances and surrounding areas
Confirm with household members or neighbors
Contact the carrier directly for assistance

Severe Weather or Carrier Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to severe weather or operational issues.

For real-time updates, please check your carrier’s website.
