These Email Marketing Terms describe how La Vie en Rose Jewelry LLC ("we," "us," or "our") sends marketing emails and explain your rights, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. These Terms supplement, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.
1. Consent to Receive Marketing Emails
By submitting your email address through our sign-up form, newsletter pop-up, or at checkout (where you check a box to opt in), you consent to receive marketing emails from La Vie en Rose Jewelry, including promotions, new product announcements, restock alerts, and other commercial messages. Signing up for marketing emails is never required to complete a purchase.
Transactional emails (such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and responses to customer service inquiries) are sent regardless of marketing consent, as they are necessary to fulfill your order and are not promotional in nature.
2. What You Can Expect From Our Emails

We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Once you unsubscribe, we will not sell, rent, or transfer your email address to a third party for their own marketing purposes.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to an order you have placed.
